Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

To process your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect (including packaging, if applicable)

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Items damaged due to normal wear, washing, misuse, or improper care are not considered defective.
