At Anveila, we take pride in offering high-quality intimate apparel. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bras and similar items, we have specific return guidelines in place.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and hygiene liners are attached
- Items are returned in their original packaging
- Items show no signs of wear, marks, odours, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Hygiene Disclaimer (Important)
For hygiene and safety reasons, bras and intimate apparel that have been worn, washed, or had hygiene seals removed are not eligible for return or refund.
Please try items on over clean clothing and keep all tags attached until you are certain the item is right for you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Worn or washed bras
- Items with removed tags or hygiene liners
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit or refunded to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Anveila is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
